Mì trứng các bạn mang đi luộc chín và xả qua nước lạnh. Để ráo. Trứng gà chiên cùng bơ lạc. Rau mua về cắt khúc rửa sạch với nước muối pha loãng.

Cho bơ lạc vào chảo, cùng với tỏi băm. Phi thơm tỏi. Sau đó cho cải bó xôi vào xào chín đều tiếp đó cho mì trứng vào trộn đều cùng rau. Sau đó nêm 2 muỗng canh xốt nêm knorr heo và đảo đều 1 lần nữa. Sau đó nêm lại vừa ăn cùng xốt nêm. Sau đó tắt bếp. Bày trí ra đĩa cùng với topping trứng hoặc topping gì các bạn muốn ăn cùng.
