Bắt chảo lên bếp cho dầu ăn vào cho nóng rồi chiên sơ đậu hủ cho vàng đều rồi cho hỗn hợp nước tương đường bột ngọt hạt nêm chay vào chảo kho. Lắc chảo nhẹ để cho đậu hủ thấm đều gia vị rồi cho nước Dừa Tươi vào kho tiếp khi chảo đậu hủ sôi trở lại thì cho cà rốt và củ cải vào kho trước kho tầm 15 phút thì củ vừa chín tới mới cho đậu que, bắp non, thơm vào sau cùng kho thêm 10 phút là được thì ta tắt bếp.
Đậu hũ kho rau củ cháy đã hoàn thành. Món chay với mùi hương thơm lừng, miếng đậu mềm béo kết hợp cùng rau củ bùi bùi, đảm bảo ăn kèm cơm nóng sẽ rất ngon miệng đấy nhé.
