Hòa men với 125 ml nước ấm để khoảng 10 phút. Sau đó trộn bột mì, men, muối với nhau, nhào kỹ.
Bơ để ở nhiệt độ phòng sau đó trộn vào bột nhào cho thành một hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Sau đó ủ bột ở một nơi kín khoảng 30 phút cho bột nở gấp đôi.
Sau khi bột nở, dùng tay nhào kỹ bột lần nữa cho khối bột xẹp xuống sau đó dùng cây cán bột cán thành hình tròn. Đặt đế bánh vào khay nướng đã lót sẵn giấy bạc. Dùng nĩa, xiên nhẹ lên khắp bề mặt của đế bánh.
Thịt gà lọc bỏ phần xương, để nguyên miếng. Ướp thịt gà với hạt nêm, tiêu, ớt bột, đường sau đó để cho thịt gà ngấm.
Khoai tây gọt vỏ, cắt miếng mỏng. Cho dầu ăn vào chảo, đợi dầu nóng cho thịt gà và khoai tây vào chiên.
Sau đó thịt gà cắt thành từng miếng nhỏ, phô mai Mozzarella cắt sợi, bí ngòi gọt vỏ cắt thành từng lát mỏng, hành tây cắt lát theo chiều ngang.
Phết một lớp nước sốt cà chua lên bề mặt đế bánh pizza sau đó lần lượt xếp hành tây, thịt nguội, khoai tây lên trên. Sau đó xếp thịt gà và phô mai được rắc lên trên cùng.
Bật lò nướng ở 160 độ C đem nướng khoảng 20 phút là bánh chín. Lấy bánh ra và nhâm nhi thôi nào!
